Vijay Damodara
Founder & CEO
Vijay is a Chartered Accountant, with over 20 years’ post qualification experience in audit & finance. With over two decades of experience across Public Accounting and Big 4 firms, Vijay brings a strong blend of audit, assurance, technical accounting, and people leadership. His approach centers on deeply understanding each client’s operations and designing scalable, efficient accounting systems that support growth. He has partnered with organizations ranging from early‑stage startups to global enterprises. As Senior Vice President at Sentient Solutions for Accounting, Vijay led Audit, CAS, and Tax services, driving integration and operational excellence. He scaled the team from 6 to 180 professionals while strengthening quality and collaboration, contributing significantly to Sentient’s successful acquisition by Ascend. Vijay’s global exposure—including time stationed in the U.S. and frequent travel for client engagements—has shaped his ability to lead diverse, multi-location teams with empathy and precision.

Kartik Bandi
Founder & COO
Kartik Bandi is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience spanning accounting, consulting, and strategic financial leadership. He oversees projects across bookkeeping, reporting, and advisory services, while championing the integration of emerging technologies; including AI and automation; to elevate CAS capabilities. Known for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation, he’s passionate about aligning people, processes, and technology to create lasting impact. Previously, as Assistant Vice President at Sentient Solutions for Accounting, he led the Client Accounting Services (CAS) division, driving excellence in client delivery and operational efficiency across a diverse portfolio. Prior to that, Kartik spent nearly a decade as Partner and Lead Financial Consultant at ARKS & Associates Chartered Accountants, where he built the practice from the ground up. His leadership shaped the firm’s offshore accounting and back-office operations, shared CFO services, and the development of robust financial controls and process SOPs.
